The role of a stylist at A Day to Remember Bridal Boutique is to create a fun and welcoming experience for brides, prom girls, bridesmaids and mothers of the bride! We pride ourselves on our customer service, the customer experience and the culture that we have created for our clients and employees. A Day to Remember Bridal Boutique is a place where you can share your passion for styling, selling and the bridal industry as a whole, in a genuine and stress-free atmosphere. Our team culture empowers individuality while promoting the overall growth and greater good of the company.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Polished professionalism is a must!
- Experience in retail/selling preferred but not required
- Ability to connect with different customer personalities and adapt to different scenarios
- Creating new relationships in order to inspire people to become customers
- Eager and passionate about working with people
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Uphold A Day to Remember Bridal Boutique & positive work environment!
- Greet customers with the motivation to make a great first impression!
- Maintain the merchandising & organization of the store for ease of shopping and presentation
- Readily help clients with selection and styling in the menswear, bridesmaids and bridal departments
- Receiving, ticketing, and steaming new inventory, bride’s gowns, bridesmaid’s dresses
Communication and Collaboration:
- Show a willingness to learn and exhibit company culture
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism
- Maintain self motivation and personal sales goals
- Learn quickly; multi-task efficiently
